We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team at Mission Hospital Laguna Beach. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience.
