Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our esteemed community at Frontier Senior Living. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, who are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for delivering comprehensive cleaning services throughout the community. This includes:

  • Meticulously cleaning and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
  • Regularly maintaining cleanliness in all living spaces and communal areas.
  • Ensuring that all areas remain tidy, appealing, and secure for residents, visitors, and staff.
  • Handling laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and delivering linens.
  • Keeping the housekeeping cart organized and sanitized.
  • Reporting maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
  • Adhering to safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and being prepared for emergency procedures.
  • Exhibiting a professional demeanor that reflects our commitment to service and genuine care for residents' needs.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess the following abilities:

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and more with assistance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequent physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
  • Comfort with climbing stairs and ladders.
  • Consistent performance of duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Willingness to accept guidance and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and techniques.
  • A genuine interest in working with the elderly population.
