Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing evidence-based practice and the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide patient and family education, promoting effective transitions of care and empowering patients to manage their health.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of unit-based and organizational goals.
  • Utilize technology and alternative modes of care delivery to optimize patient care and workflow.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assignments, ensuring timely and effective patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
