Position Summary:
This role is essential in delivering exceptional support to healthcare facilities, medical professionals, and their teams within a dynamic and demanding atmosphere. Interactions with clients may occur via telephone, email, or fax.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Communicating laboratory results to authorized personnel over the phone.
2. Addressing specimen-related issues identified upon arrival and during laboratory processing.
3. Gathering necessary information as requested by the laboratory to facilitate testing.
4. Managing test cancellations and investigating unique or atypical test requests.
5. Following up on client inquiries and concerns.

Additional responsibilities may encompass:
- Collecting billing details to ensure accurate billing submissions.
- Investigating and resolving billing discrepancies or inquiries.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Experience with electronic information systems and related software at CRMC is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service is highly regarded.
- Preferred status as a Lab Assistant 2.
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is advantageous.

Other educational qualifications and experiences may be considered as substitutes for the minimum job requirements, subject to approval from the Corporate Director of Human Resources.
