Job Summary

This is a challenging opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Security professional to join Lockheed Martin as a Site Security Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing oversight to multi-functions of security, including Personnel Security, Operational Security, Physical Security, and Security Education Training and Awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide security oversight and guidance to ensure compliance with DoD regulations and Lockheed Martin policies.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of classified information and personnel.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.
  • Manage and maintain security clearances for personnel and ensure compliance with Continuous Evaluation (CE) program requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver security training and awareness programs to ensure personnel are aware of security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program.
  • Experience providing oversight to multi-functions of security, including Personnel Security, Operational Security, Physical Security, and Security Education Training and Awareness.
  • Knowledge of DoD Manual, Vols 1-4, and ICD 705 Physical Security.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Prior experience as a CPSO, GSSO, PSO, PSM, ASM, or PSR.
  • Prior leadership experience.
Desired Skills
  • Prior L-Code Manager experience in a Lockheed Martin Security environment.
  • Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements.
  • Experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO), assistant CPSO, or government Program Security Officer (PSO).
  • Familiarization with the NISPOM.
  • Knowledgeable user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be flexible and deal with constantly changing program requirements.
