The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests in the hotel's breakfast area. As a Breakfast Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will set the tone for their entire experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Prepare and maintain the breakfast buffet, including setting up and breaking down the area
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the buffet is always fully stocked
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage service
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing the buffet area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical insurance, paid vacation time, and 401(k) matching.
