Lead Foreman

At Penn Line Tree Service, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Foreman to join our team. As a Lead Foreman, you will play a critical role in supervising and coordinating the activities of our vegetation management crews to ensure that their work is safe, efficient, and meets quality standards.

• Work Direction and Oversight: Prepare projects for work, and assure that work is completed in the most efficient and productive way possible.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedules/mobilizes labor, equipment, material, and tools to be on site when needed.
• Work Site Safety: Takes lead role in safety to ensure the well-being of employees, customers, and the public.
• Personnel Management: Trains and develops employees, appraises performance, and encourages professionalism and pride in the profession.
• Communication: Communicates with employees about company values and vision, interprets and explains company policies and procedures, and responds to employee needs and concerns.
• Discipline and Conflict Resolution: Mediates employee conflict and administers corrective action programs.
• Leadership: Serves as a role model for professional behavior and leads by example.
• Administrative Functions: Maintains records and documentation related to man-hours, equipment, and material inventory.

Requirements:

• CDL License and Herbicide License is a plus.
• Ability to use computers and related technology to perform fundamental tasks.
