At Avera Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Hepatology Clinic.
About the Role:
This position involves providing high-quality patient care to individuals with hepatology-related conditions. Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating patient care activities, and educating patients about their health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
- Coordinate patient care activities for the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Educate patients and families about diagnostic processes, medications, nutrition, and maintenance of health and wellness.
Requirements:
- A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
