We are seeking an experienced family medicine physician to join our team at a well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) facility located between Boston and Worcester, Massachusetts.
Job SummaryThis is a Primary Care position that requires a BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine physician to see patients of all ages in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
- Monday-Friday schedule, 32 hours clinical and 8 hours administrative time
- New graduates and visa candidates welcome to apply
- OB optional (Paps, IUD insertions, etc.)
- 20-22 patients per day (all ages)
- FQHC facility
- Light call - 2 days/month
- EMR - Nexgen
- Family-first culture with 4 weeks of PTO plus sick days and personal time off
