  • Ambulatory Care: Provide patient-centered care, prepare patients for examinations and procedures, and execute nursing interventions to coordinate care across the continuum.
  • Critical Care (MICU, SICU, PCU): Monitor and evaluate seriously ill patients, demonstrate sound decision-making in emergency scenarios, and provide safe, ethical, and culturally congruent care.
  • Emergency Department: Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans, determine health status and needs, and respond quickly to changes in condition or response to treatment.
  • Medical Surgery/Telemetry: Manage day-to-day care needs of acutely ill adult patients, administer medication, complete documentation requirements, and support patient self-determination and health promotion.
  • Operating Room (OR): Ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, prepare the OR with necessary supplies and equipment, and assess patients quickly to prioritize and assist surgeons.
  • Recovery Room (PACU): Closely monitor patients' post-procedure vital signs, assess levels of consciousness, and observe patients for any side effects from anesthesia, collaborating with physicians, surgeons, and other hospital personnel to provide quality patient care.
