Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler - Shipping to join our team at Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Co., Inc. in Liberty, SC. As a key member of our shipping department, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and distribution centers accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and fill distribution centers with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Compile, organize, and prepare all orders as directed by the Shipping Supervisor
  • Operate a handheld scanner to scan barcodes and deliver materials to their target location
  • Operate forklifts, lift trucks, side loaders, pallet trucks, picker, and other loading/stacking equipment
  • Perform daily inspections of forklifts and maintain a safe working environment
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials to customers and distribution centers
  • Collaborate with the shipping team to meet customer demands and deadlines
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in material handling, warehouse, or related field
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
