Job SummaryThe Bartender will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing their section behind the bar, and creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires a strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and liquors, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Bar Management: Manage their section behind the bar, including pouring craft beer, wine, and mixing cocktails, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Teamwork: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Possess in-depth knowledge of food, wine, beer, and liquors, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience: At least 2 years of full-service, high-volume bartending experience.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food, wine, beer, and liquors.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age to bartend.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive hourly rate, plus tips, and benefits dependent on eligibility. This is a variable hour position, reporting to the General Manager, and is classified as non-exempt under the FLSA.
