Responsibilities

  • Provide treatment for hand and upper extremity patients of all ages
  • Guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs
  • Communicate effectively with physician referral sources and other UW Health departments
  • Work in collaboration with UW Health wellness staff to consider long term healthy living strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Preferred - Master's degree
  • Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience
  • Minimum - Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Wisconsin
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire
