About the Opportunity

Estimate Salary: $45,000 per year

We are seeking a skilled Cosmetology Instructor to teach at our Grand Junction campus. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in cosmetology and a passion for mentoring students.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering established curriculum, assigning and grading assignments, and ensuring an effective learning environment. This role also requires managing classroom activity, monitoring student safety, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver established curriculum and lesson plans to students in a professional manner
  • Provide guidance and support to students as they develop their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them achieve their goals
  • Manage classroom activity and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an educational Cosmetology program
  • 3+ years of experience in cosmetology or a related field
  • Active Cosmetology or Barber license
