Position Summary:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive experience in various aspects of construction, including carpentry, painting, drywall installation and repair, and ceramic tile work, along with basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. The Remodeling Crew Member is expected to have their own tools, reliable transportation, and a valid Driver's License.


As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for benefits such as paid sick leave, vacation days, and paid holidays. A drug test and physical examination are required. We maintain a Drug-Free Zero Tolerance policy.


This position offers a work schedule of 40+ hours per week, with overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40.


Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in remodeling

- Valid driver's license and social security card

- Strong work ethic

- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a safety-oriented environment

- Execute various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Trim carpentry
  • Tile installation
  • Door installation
  • Drywall installation and repair

- Utilize hand tools and operate heavy machinery as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet client specifications

- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements
- Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials as necessary
- Reliable transportation


Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in remodeling
- Proven track record in remodeling and construction projects
- Proficiency in:

  • Trim carpentry
  • Tile installation
  • Door installation
