Salary: $11.25/Hour

Job Description: As a Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participating in administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. You will supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program, providing support with daily activities like meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. Your duties will be split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have one year of related work experience, be at least 18 years old, hold a current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.
