Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Our Team, you will play a crucial role in leading our restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including managers and hourly team members, to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food preparation.
- Oversee the implementation of restaurant policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and quality across all areas of the restaurant.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profit, and loss, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Develop and implement plans to increase sales, traffic, and return visits, while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to create a safe, clean, and discrimination-free environment for all team members and guests.
- Respond to guest service complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform administrative duties, including payroll, scheduling, and employee relations, in a timely and accurate manner.
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of POS systems and back-office systems.
- Assessing and Selecting Talent: Effectively identifies and evaluates talent within the restaurant to select individuals who exhibit pride, passion, and personality.
- Coaching for Performance: Spends time guiding, teaching, and providing clear and directed feedback to team members to help them grow and succeed.
