Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Our Team, you will play a crucial role in leading our restaurant teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including managers and hourly team members, to ensure excellent guest service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Oversee the implementation of restaurant policies, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and quality across all areas of the restaurant.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profit, and loss, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement plans to increase sales, traffic, and return visits, while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create a safe, clean, and discrimination-free environment for all team members and guests.
  • Respond to guest service complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform administrative duties, including payroll, scheduling, and employee relations, in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and back-office systems.
