Key Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
• Engaging residents through meaningful interactions and participation in various programs and activities.
• Collaborating closely with the nursing staff to ensure all resident care needs are met effectively.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and assisting with room upkeep.

Qualifications/Experience/Certifications

• Valid State Nurse's Aide Registration.
• Experience and enthusiasm for working with seniors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• In good health and free from communicable diseases.
