Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, scheduling meetings, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support Financial Advisors in onboarding new clients, opening accounts, and researching client information using internal databases and technologies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information and documentation, adhering to firm and industry requirements.
  • Process and monitor asset transfers, cash management, and corporate action items, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including seminars and client-facing events, to promote Raymond James services.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current on firm policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and one or more years of securities industry or related work experience preferred.
  • Series 7 and SIE licenses required, with Series 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses as required by state.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
