Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service and results for our clients

  • Operate specialized equipment for line painting, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, and epoxy flooring
  • Plan and execute high-quality projects efficiently
  • Communicate daily job status updates with the Operations Manager

  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications
  • Valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated and capable of critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs
  • Capability to work independently without supervision
  • Experience in line painting, seal coating, or concrete services is advantageous
  • Familiarity with small engines and paint sprayers is a plus
  • Engineering background is beneficial
