Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Correctional Facility

Staff Today is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a correctional facility in El Paso, Texas.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to inmates in a correctional facility
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Experience working in a correctional setting or similar environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
