Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and positive outcomes.
- Document patient observations, assessments, and changes in condition in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Minimum of 3 years of current experience in an emergency department or major trauma center emergency room.
- Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State-accrediting agency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in a related field or a master's degree in Nursing or in a related field is highly preferred.
- Unrestricted registered nurse license from any state (United States).
- Preferred to have the Certification of Emergency Nursing (CEN) through the Board of Certifications for Emergency Nurses (BCEN).
- Competitive hourly rate of $47.71.
