Job Summary

Shari's Cafe and Pies is seeking a skilled Dish Machine Operator to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, run, and unload the dish machine to maintain optimal performance.
  • Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues to management.
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Assist other employees in cleaning and organizing the dishroom and surrounding areas.
  • Bag and haul dishroom trash to the dumpster, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
