Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of our store team, responsible for ensuring seamless store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a leader, you will be responsible for managing daily store activities, supervising team members, and maintaining high standards of quality, service, and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Manage daily store activities, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and cash handling.
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, controlling costs, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs, solicit feedback, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store strategies, improve processes, and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a QSR environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and POS systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
