As a Private Duty Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to adults and pediatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
  • Provide Focused Interview: Conduct thorough interviews to identify specific patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members to inform patient care decisions.
  • Document Patient Progress: Accurately document patient progress, including actual and potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where you practice.
  • Health Certificate: Hold a current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • BLS Card: Possess a current BLS card.
  • Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred.
