Role Overview:
Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health is seeking a board-certified or eligible rheumatologist to join their high-volume practice in Lancaster, PA. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in diagnosing and managing various arthritis and rheumatologic diseases for adults aged 18 and above. Our multidisciplinary team offers comprehensive care through collaboration with specialists from Lancaster General Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose and manage complex cases of autoimmune disorders
- Develop personalized treatment plans in conjunction with the healthcare team
- Participate in on-call rotations and collaborate closely with other physicians for chronic care management
- Foster strong relationships with patients and families through empathetic communication and education

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school (Allopathic/Osteopathic)
- Board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine and Arthritis and Rheumatology
- Possession of an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications and licenses as required

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation ranging from $250,000 to $350,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including:
