Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including trucks, excavators, and other machinery.
- Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and repair equipment issues.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Supply Management: Manage inventory and supplies to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with shop foremen and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of engine diagnostics, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other equipment components.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
