Job Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter data into our systems
  • Split and label loan packages efficiently
  • Order verifications of income and Social Security Numbers
  • Index loan conditions and upload documents
  • Verify loan details and submit summary reports
  • Maintain state and federal compliance standards
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior experience necessary; training provided
  • Proficiency in technology and comfortable using dual monitors
  • Process-oriented and detail-focused individual
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
