Michigan Nurses Association (MNA) is looking for a Legislative Affairs Associate to collaborate closely with the Associate Executive Director for Healthcare Practice, Policy & Strategic Initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the formulation and execution of governmental relations and member engagement initiatives for MNA. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and analyzing legislative developments
  • Preparing comprehensive briefing documents
  • Assisting in candidate evaluations
  • Maintaining precise and organized records

Candidates should possess a minimum of three years' experience in legislative or political advocacy, demonstrate strong project management capabilities, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
