The successful candidate will possess a solid background in corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), outstanding financial modeling capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial information.

This role is ideal for a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can excel in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and sustain intricate financial models, including cash flow projections, to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Perform comprehensive financial assessments, including variance, trend, and ratio analyses.
  • Compile detailed management reporting packages, featuring financial statements, key performance indicators (KPIs), and ad-hoc evaluations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect data, recognize trends, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Utilize ETL tools or data extraction methods to effectively gather and manipulate financial data.
  • Support lender and covenant reporting obligations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate FP&A.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, including three-statement modeling and cash flow forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling software (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Hyperion).
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ETL tools or data extraction techniques.
  • Understanding of lender and covenant reporting requirements.
