- Classroom Management: Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and academic excellence.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress and adapt instruction accordingly, providing regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Behavior Management: Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good behavior and minimize disruptions.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching License: Valid Colorado Teaching License for 3rd grade.
