Position Overview:
The role of Senior RF Engineer at ManTech International Corporation involves providing essential programmatic and technical assistance to leadership within the organization. This position necessitates a commitment to being onsite three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive programmatic and technical guidance to client leaders.
- Plan and implement technology development throughout the research and development lifecycle.
- Convert user requirements into precise system specifications and technical criteria.
- Support the selection of acquisition sources by acting as a knowledgeable advisor.
- Identify technological deficiencies and articulate requirements and specifications.
- Create documentation and presentations to effectively communicate program progress.
- Assist in programmatic and acquisition-related processes.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field with over 10 years of experience, or a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience, or a PhD with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of RF engineering concepts.
- Proficiency with RF modeling software.
- Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
- Possession of an active Secret clearance with the capability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to maintain a stationary position for 50% of the time.
