The Customer Service Representative at Bass Pro Shops is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include greeting and acknowledging customers, handling merchandise with care, and providing information and direction to customers.
Additionally, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for securing all firearms brought into the store with trigger locks, handling customer returns, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked work area.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner
- Handle customer returns and exchanges
- Secure all firearms brought into the store with trigger locks
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area
