We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Riverside Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement therapy plans and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Assist with the implementation of therapy plans under the direct supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Delegate and direct supportive personnel to enhance patient care services.
- Communicate effectively with supervising physical therapists to ensure patient needs are met.
- Participate in patient education and training.
- Perform other professional duties associated with patient care.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Certified BLS or completion within 90 days of employment.
- One or more years of clinical experience and valid state driver's license for home care requirements.
