Job Overview
MercyOne Central Iowa is a leading healthcare provider in the Des Moines metro area, seeking a motivated Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. As a temporary position, this role provides an opportunity for individuals without prior experience or training as a Certified Nursing Assistant to gain hands-on experience and skills in patient care.

In this 120-hour program, you will attend didactic and clinical training sessions, learning essential skills such as personal hygiene, bathing, ambulation, transportation, nutrition, feeding, and elimination needs. You will work under the supervision of experienced nurses and patient care technicians, assisting with patient care and responding to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Attend didactic and clinical training sessions to develop essential skills in patient care

Requirements
* Must be at least 16 years old
