Job Summary

BayMark Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treatment Center Director/Clinic Manager to lead our Opiate Treatment Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful operation of our Opiate Treatment Program, including managing staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including HIPAA, CARF, JCAHO, and DEA standards.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase patient census, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of nurses, counselors, and auxiliary staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Quality Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, reduce errors, and improve overall clinic performance.
  • Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and build partnerships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience: Multiple years of experience as an administrator of a clinical program, with a strong understanding of clinic operations and substance abuse treatment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to supervise and manage personnel, drive business growth, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Certifications: Familiarity with HIPAA, CARF, JCAHO, and DEA standards, as well as other relevant certifications and licenses.
