Job Title: Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at a top-rated hospital in Seattle, Washington. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit environment.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in a Progressive Care Unit setting.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit or Critical Care setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
