About the Role

This position offers a competitive salary range of $20.30 - $30.60 per hour, depending on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assigning tasks to technicians, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. They will also be expected to maintain compliance with quality standards, drive sales, and develop the skills of their team members.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve all automotive service needs of customers, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, supervise, and coach vehicle technicians, assign and schedule work duties according to individual skill level, and select, coach, and lead auto service staff.
  • Sales and Revenue: Drive sales through proactive customer interactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and facilitation of communication between the back and front of the shop.
  • Inventory and Scheduling: Manage inventory, scheduling, equipment maintenance, and other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years of auto service technical experience and 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, valid automotive driver's license, and aptitude to manage inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance.
