We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at Lanco. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing all aspects of welding work, ensuring high-quality products and meeting business demands.

• Welding Operations: Perform all aspects of welding work, including air arching, drilling holes, torching, and grinding.
• Safety and Compliance: Safely operate heavy equipment, follow all safety policies and procedures, and stay compliant with regulatory bodies.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with supervisors, management, vendors, and other employees to achieve business objectives.
• Quality Control: Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, and assist in delivering required training to coworkers.
• Communication: Communicate consistently on all activities to appropriate individuals, both internally and externally.

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in all position flux core wire, fitting experience, and welds subject to UT weld testing.
• Skills: Good communication, interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and follow instructions. Requires an eye for detail, thorough knowledge of operating and documentation procedures, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Physical Demands: Accurate hand/eye coordination, finger dexterity, hand strength, and ability to grasp, lift, push, and pull. May lift parts weighing up to 60 pounds and pull approximately 20 lbs.
