About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System, Inc. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent acquisition services to our leaders and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the selection process
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for our open positions
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of successfully filling open positions and meeting recruitment targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Professional Certification (PHR, SPHR, CHCR) or equivalent
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEOC guidelines
