About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Customer Resource Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our service operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely completion of preventative maintenance and aligning with monthly forecasting goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives and schedules customer calls for service, managing the schedule of assigned technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinates labor scheduling to align technicians with customer needs, communicating action plans and services to be provided directly to customers.
  • Ensures work has been performed to customer expectations, performing follow-up as needed and resolving or escalating customer issues.
  • Debriefs activities daily, ensuring technicians are provided with daily schedules and maintaining consistent communication.
  • Manages customer account information, ensuring all required data is up to date in NxGen.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, plus two to five years of service industry experience managing service operations and/or service scheduling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals.
  • Prior dispatch experience preferred.
