Storekeeper (Full-Time)

At Banter by Piercing Pagoda, we're on a mission to help people express themselves and celebrate life. We're looking for a dynamic and charismatic Storekeeper to join our team and help us achieve this mission.

As a Storekeeper, you'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of sales and profit projections, developing skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and achieving profit margin goals by managing the P&L. You'll also be responsible for following and enforcing all Company policies and procedures, and maintaining our promotion from within philosophy.

We provide training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and skills to take your career to the next level. At least one year of retail management experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer. You'll also need to have knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware, and be available to work days, nights, and weekends.
