The Pediatric Access Care Team Specialist will be responsible for providing complete and accurate patient registration, verifying patient information, and coordinating care with internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient registration, including data entry and verification.
  • Coordinate patient care by communicating with internal teams and external providers.

  • Support inbound and outbound calls to address patient concerns and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with one year of experience in clerical, customer service, or administrative support roles.
  • Basic keyboarding, personal computer use, and office equipment proficiency are essential.
  • Valid driver's license is required for regional positions.
