Cascade Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Paint Preparer to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for preparing vehicle bodies and surfaces for painting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist painters by thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles for paint and polishing vehicles prior to delivery.
- Remove dirt and debris from surfaces and parts due for painting.
- Sand, polish, retouch, buff, degrease, or otherwise clean the surface to ensure a smooth finish.
- Mix color and blend paint as needed to achieve the desired shade.
- Load paint into spray-painting equipment and apply primer to surfaces as required.
- Previous experience in the automotive paint industry is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
