- Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a Long Term Care Facility is required.
- Licensure: Current LPN licensure in the state of Virginia.
