Overview

Job Summary

This eight-week training program is designed for nurses with hospital experience who are interested in working in an Emergency Department setting. You will be part of a highly skilled team that shares a common vision of providing timely and compassionate care to Emergency Department patients.

Responsibilities
  • Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate patient care
  • Work collaboratively with emergency professionals to deliver patient-centered care
  • Participate in a comprehensive nurse residency program
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut
  • One year of hospital RN experience required
  • ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications must be obtained within 18 months of employment
