Key responsibilities encompass managing daily operations, collaborating with medical staff, executing policies and procedures, and monitoring patient outcomes. Candidates must possess a valid RN license, BLS, NRP, and at least 1 year of experience in Perinatal/OB/LDRP. Essential skills include strong leadership, effective communication, and sound decision-making abilities. Certification in neonatal care programs is advantageous.
