Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electro-mechanical systems and equipment within the plant. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electro-mechanical systems and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
- Install and test electrical and mechanical components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or a related field
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with PLC programming and electrical panel building
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
