Position Overview

Compensation:

$3 Hourly + Tips

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a friendly, inviting atmosphere for guests, treating them as valued members of our community.
  • Effectively engage guests at the bar to enhance their dining experience.
  • Demonstrate a strong focus on teamwork, productivity, and performance throughout the shift.
  • Exhibit composure and efficiency under pressure.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and colleagues when assistance is required.
  • Adhere to proper drink preparation techniques and company policies.
  • Showcase consistent pouring and drink-handling skills.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Display thorough knowledge of products served.
Qualifications:
  • Eligibility to work in the USA is required.
  • Previous bar experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and master all bar operations.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, with the capacity to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
