Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to provide legal assistance and support to our company and its law department attorneys. The ideal candidate will have expertise in commercial real estate and title matters, as well as experience in either commercial or residential real estate, working with title companies, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of real estate agreements
  • Review of documents for real estate acquisitions
  • Review of title documents and surveys, project finance and file maintenance
  • Performs independent legal research
